 Contents 1. Introduction Organizational behavior is a group or individual work-related survey. Organizational behavior is also a factor that can affect performance and reflect the attitudes of people. Organizational behavior related to work, leadership, and management. The characteristic of the organization's attitude will explore the attitudes of people in all situations and most importantly in the working environment (STUDY.COM, 2017) Organizational behavior is part of a multi-disciplinary study that includes sociology, psychology, communication, and management. Organizational behavior is also a theory that shows that someone's attitude is based on their way to live and environment (BOUNDLESS.COM, 2016) The main purpose of this whole report is based to the workplace attitudes of an organization. In general, it is known that everyone around the world has a different behaviors and behaviors. It depends on whether this will be a negative or positive attitude. The report will investigate the attitudes of people who are working in an organization known as the High CO. The report will explore the behavior of working people and what affects their behavior and we will provide some solutions on it to avoid further problems and foe the workers to have a irreproachable behavior while are in the workplace and also some solutions for the mangers to handle everything in the right way for the organization to have a good name and being value per others and consumers. There are many things that can affect people's behavior in a workplace. In all the general problem in the organization is, their employers always have problems. Factors affecting them can be their avoidance, consumer demand, technology and also strategic planning. It is therefore very important for every employee to adapt to a new workplace or a new environment. The manager plays an important role in managing his employees or employees without a job. The manager must provide a rule in each department to guide the staff, to show to the staff which way to follow and how to have a good behavior in the workplace during the working time. By doing so, every employee can know the rules that the company determines. And the law should be also applied to every employee who work in the company without any exception. To write this report, we will discuss the behavior of employees at work, known as "high CO", understand the factors that may affect the behavior of staff and provide some solutions to avoid employees to make the same mistakes and also the what should managers do in a workplace to keep it straight and in a good function for the good of the employee, the manager himself and for the customer to have a good feedback about the delivery and foods. It is very important to know the staff issues before you manage the staff 2. Night Shift Before going any further in the task we must know what is night shift in its real context. 2.1. Definition Night shift can be set as overtime hours from 11am to 7am. This work-time depends on the job organized by the company. Night shift is known as day and day sleep (Merriam Webster, 2017). The night shift can be define in another way as a small group of skilled workers at scheduled hours at night. This is also the labor force working inside the industry and some of the workers are forced to work at night (Dictionary.com, 2017) Most of the night work is done by people who are in need of extra income. This is because most of the time working hours of night shift are paid rather than those in the day and night. Those who work at night are those who want to work part-time while they are studying. But besides the high salary for those in the night shift, some workers are sometimes forced to work at night even though they are working on a daily schedule. Workers can follow the instructions of the managing administrators and provide guidance for doing so. Generally, night shift changes are bad in the practice of someone else's life. This is because somebody's health can be disturbed if they work at night. But there are still some people who want to still take risks to work at night. 2.2. Factors that influence employee behavior in night shift 2.2.1. The number of employees in the organization As we all known well, night shift is half working, but some people want to do it. During the night we will only see a little group of workers who will carry out their duties at night. So we have two perspectives that include working because they are strong or work with their will. There are groups of workers at night in the report mentioned in the Wari Dot Company. There are very few employees in the night. There are five full-time nighttime watchers who work with part-time employees. They are there because they want to help their team at night. With this small group, there will be problems when doing their job. This is because when they are exhausted or tired of doing their job, they will not pay attention to the job. Moreover, when they think of a few people who will work, they will cause work problems. At night, the senior general secretary found that most of the staff included students working night time. This is because the company is in trouble. One of the most common problems is the hiring of workers. They face problems when they want to hire other workers who have the right to work. 2.2.2. The fact that the delivery has not been completed Delivery is defined as the official and voluntary transfer of the agreed-upon person and customer. Delivery also has a contract when sending to buyer. Shipping also includes cash and financial statements (Business Dictionary, 2017) In the top societies of high CO, they have a problem with providing their customers the right orders in the right times. This is mostly related to the problem in the night shift when the staff of the night shift staff are not sufficient to satisfy the consumer needs. So they may have trouble delivering to all customers who order from the company and some of the customers will not be able to receive their orders in time or at all. Supply problems are also related to employee behavior in the company. When staff work at night they will have a lazy very schedule compared to those early when they know they are working at that time. Some other reasons may be some staff, and then an enough time for them to provide everything that the customers want. 2.2.3. A dolly of food which frozen stayed out for too long A frozen food can be defined as a food that is stored in the refrigerator and can be used when it is needed. Cocktail foods usually include fish, chicken. (Merriam Webster, 2017) Every successful shop used to have some problem with ice cream. This is because the storage has no customer responsiveness and no availability. In that case the stock of frozen food will stay in place for a long time and it will continue staying there until you get sick or will not expire. In Superior Company, a staff member recently released a truck full of frozen food and just took a long time. The whole problem is caused by night time workers because he does not work properly and is not working alone the person has colleges and superior as well. This will affect the company's storage because of the cold food that has been abandoned due to the poor food situation. The consequences of this waste will lead to a reduction in the overall revenue of the company, the customer and the trust their customer toward them. This issue may also cause food companies to deal with a number of problems because the grocery store is responsible for stockpiling food. Cold food is lost because it is never used for humans. 2.2.4. The members of both staffs full and part time have different table to sit on In general, full-time employees are defined as employees who work at least 35 hours or even more within a week. It’s mean that those who work as full-time are bound to a planned job (Business Direction, 2017). While in the other hand part-time workers are defined as workers who can work only 20 hours a week and are expected to become an annual employee. Also part-time workers need to call the Woods Marine Park (1989) It's the custom of working full-time and part-time separately when they are in the break. They will be separate due to some different situations in the workplace. Full time workers will further be linked to the same level. So private vacations are just doing the job they was given to and combining with other part-time workers. According to Human Resources Director, a high-ranking officer for security has not been fully understood, both full-time and part-time, separate when they visit. This is because full-time workers do not evaluate part-time employees. Full-time workers say that the private timetables are hopeless when they work. It may not be a good way to work together as a team when all part-time and full-time are not together as they normally should do. They really need each other as they work together. Just the fact of knowing when you work full time without the help of a part-time worker will not be great for you. Full-time workers will be constantly exhausted. 3. Grocery We are going to define grocery and explain what it is before diving in the task because it is relevant to know what grocery is. 3.1. What is grocery? Food means groceries and grocery items at the grocery store. Grocery stores are used as food suppliers for people who need food in their daily lives. (Merriam Webster, 2017). The largest US supplier in grocery stores is known as MCLANE COMPANY INCORPORATED, TEMPLE, TX. This provider offers food, food shops, and fast food chains. And also other providers include CORE MARK INCORPORATED SAN FRANCISCO, EBY BROWN and some others. (Mrcheckout, 2017) Grocery store are really important to people because of the necessary food which is being purchased at grocery stores by people. Despite the many suppliers, this one is one of the most popular store in current globalization. This is because of the fact that the grocery store is filled of all the needs needed in everyday life. In grocery store, people will be able to have fresh materials such as meat, fish and chicken. In fact, every food is important to a human being life. This can be because of the type of food that can provide health to people. 3.2. Factors the influence employee behavior in the grocery store 3.2.1. The product knowledge issue This type of product is defined as the concept of goods and what is sold to the consumer when the consumer needs it. All the market need a good product to sell in the market situation (2017 Business Dictionary) But in general, products which are on the market are that not good. Depending on how the seller found the product distributor. At present, some products are not original. For example, auto parts are hard to find out which product is best and best. So customers have to make good decisions before choosing a product. In Leader King, they hire a good manager who can deal with an employee and divide the work into his staff. Although the Department of Grocery is a small employee, the manager can manage the best schedule for his staff for them to not suffer. But the problem is that all employees are planning to work in different areas every single week. The management strategy is good because they will make the staff less boring when doing their jobs in the same area and avoid problems between them. But problems that arise when they do not stick to the same place, the staff will lack knowledge of the products that are sold to high CO. This will cause employees problems with working with the professionals if changing department happens always. 3.2.2. Problem with the amount of ‘’ out of date ‘’ stock Stocks are determined to be shared by a company with another individual or group owned company. Repository means what behaves for the future in the future when it is ready for use (business dictionary of 2017) Absence of knowledge about the food can make it become wasted. That lack of knowledge will affect the company in relation to financial statements because lots of food will be rejected by the customers. Food composition should always be updated as it is necessary for the company's financial position. Staff must know how to keep the stock in the company's store and how to manage it in a good way. It is important to know about equity stock coming. If an employee is aware of an out-of-fund approach, they will directly notify the manager and the grant from the fund can be sold at a lower price for the good of the company. It is better to sell at a lower price than stockpiles to lose food and lose money. Although the stock is being sold at a low price, the company still gets money, even though food is still not used. 3.2.3. Appraisal had not been completed An evaluation can be defined as an act or as an example to evaluate something or anyone by appropriate notice. Estimates can be worse than everyone else, but it can make people stronger when they know where their weaknesses is situated. It is called an honest assessment (Merriam Webster, 2017) Assessments are important when they are about include the achievements of the company. The purpose of the evaluation is strictly to identify employees who really do a good job of the year. Estimates also need to know about employee achievements during their work. If the rating is good, the company will appoint staff and this can cause more staff to serve the company. Usually, it will become an external factor for a tenant to win more prizes in the future. In the CO Directorate, HR managers noted that the responsible managers did not complete the staff rating below. This will cause problems for employees' behavior if they think that they work only without an evaluation. This can make employees feel some type of laziness for achieving the objective to achieve when serving their respective company. This will have a bad effect on the company situation if it has a lazy employee. 4. Suggestion for employee behavior in the workplace 4.1. Being calm when the conflicts arise As an administrator, it is important to control behavior in times of stress and give the good example to the workers when it come handling stress and problems. In the dispute, the administrator must spend the cold first before speaking with a bad feeling for the workers to be focus on the important and not be perturbed. The most natural thing when you face a stressful situation is knowing how to stay calm and face it with a relax mind. Focus on corporate goals, mission and vision. A better way to stay calm is to take deep breath and count from 1 to 10 times slowly (black 2017) Bad feelings in dealing with problems make matters worse and harder. For example, if managers and workers work at work, one of them will be hurt and it will not work for both of them. Problem solving will forbid workers or both to be dismissed by vice president. This is because struggle is not just about how to solve it. There are many good ways to solve this problem without pain. 4.2. Having straight feelings when it comes to tense situation Helping others to identify their feelings can help others calm down when problems arise. This will help the person find the cause of the problem. When problems are identified, it will be too easy to handle when it comes to them (black 2017) Emotion is one of the most thing we should be taking care of when it comes to making an irrevocable decisions. The mood can change for a little second without further reason. It can depend on the environment around them. If people can’t control their emotions in the right way, it will cause more problems and lead to also more stress in the situation. Woman is the most sensitive feeling. Women can change their mood in just a second. They can mock us, but they can become angry if something is not going well with her. So feeling is important to show yourself better. This will lead to the people around them. 4.3. Focus on attacking problems not the employees If there is a problem, it is important for managers to focus on this rather than attacking the person who shows them. The administrator must try harder to understand the problem and make the choice to resolve it. All the employees must know respect, because with respect to others, they can also respect us also (Black, 2017) This issue has to be resolved and resolved properly to avoid such a thing in the future and to avoid problems for the company itself. This is not the way to find other errors. If you do, it can take a long time instead of a problem. Even though it is a huge mistake, try to employ a professional staff to take it as a lesson. In addition, you should not feel as when others blame them. But take it as a good lesson and try to avoid when you work in the future. Training is better than attacking others 4.4. Keep the discipline Somehow, discipline is kind of least understood word and for some other it doesn’t mean something or is not relevant for them as everything should be. This discipline is defined as an adaptable training and a college of natural, moral or psychological. It’s also known as the way somebody is being handled by a strong will to take care of their behavior (Merriam Webster, 2017) Discipline encourages one's unwanted attitude. It's really important for anyone who has a good discipline to practice in himself. With good discipline, someone's behavior can be handled properly when it comes to stressful situations (Bisk, 2017) Discipline at work is very important because they have a specialist attitude when it comes to situations of stress and problems and also in welcoming customer, serving them, and making sure that have a pleasant time while in your workplace. The judge will take this into little test and try to solve the problem with the best solution without interfering with someone else's feelings. 4.5. Focus on the future of the workplace Futures may be defines as an existing time. This is also known as Prosperity or progressive development (Merriam Webster, 2017) People have been born with errors, so mistakes will be made while working. If problems arise during work, the employer must find the right solution. And it is also important for employers to keep the mind on the future and not bringing tensions to the past. Nobody knows what the future may be, so we have to stay focus on the future to avoid any future problems. The past will only be a matter of staff and will be used as a lesson for the future. And keep in the minds that the mistakes made can be repeated in the future, doing everything possible to keep the workplace better than it used to be. 5. Conclusion As a conclusion to the report, it is clear that employee behavior can affect many of the factors surrounding them. It depends on the behavior of each employee whether they are behaving well or behaving badly. Since the shift of night shift and food commodity reporting, we can see that even with good managers to guide them, there are still problems inside the company. That's why we are in need to know how to solve problems and learn how to avoid it further in the future. Staff behavior can be easy and easy. Therefore, employers need to know how to adapt to the environment around them. It is so important that employees can manage without administrator guidance. If employees can manage it properly, it shows that employees are doing well. The behavior of the organization also teaches good reports in the report. He pointed out that all the problems that are occurring can solve the problem if employees know how to behave themselves. The behavior of the organization also teaches the right way to solve the problem, not to add other problems that have occurred. Behavior can be properly managed if an individual is considered to be good behaviors from the outset. This attitude can be well managed if the company is strong enough to have the worker follow the guidelines since the start. If they do, then there will be no problem with the criteria of the job. It may show some weaknesses, but it will not be bad as bad behavior in the company. 6.
